Culture Crucibles is borne out of a sincere passion to address the complicated agenda of Organization transformation and Culture Change. Having worked with global entities in multiple geographies, the founders have realized the existing ambiguity on sensitive topics of managing change and focused capability building.
Our programs build on external practices, but contextualized the mail on internal aspirations. The behavioral training, culture maturity assessment, transformation charters, team Building and leadership programs that we have developed are widely applicable yet uniquely curated.

Say it with Prose, our signature program provides a measurable approach to diagnose & evaluate culture maturity of the organization. In a pioneering methodology, we use an original framework, to collectively assess and determine the mature levels. Involving business as well as HR teams, the framework identifies the gap areas and shapes the action plan to improvise on focus areas.
Similarly our innovation programs applies design thinking, to present product development, customer services and innovative approach in process excellence; through an activity based program.
